1992 - Graham founded Dorset Carpet Cleaning (DCC), a solo mission to get rid of stained/dirty carpets and leave customers satisfied with cost effective results!

1996 - After becoming well established with lots of glowing feedback, Graham underwent extensive training to become a master in the art of carpet fitting.

1998 - With DCC thriving, the next task awaited, the daunting commercial sector! With further training courses carried out in the United States and the once solo mission now turned family team effort, these jobs swiftly turned into a breeze for the experienced team.

2000 - With the commercial portfolio expanding, it wasn’t long until we secured major insurance contracts in the south for flood and fire restoration. Due to new location of work, a company relocation was required - DCC (Sussex) Ltd.

2016 - With big changes and commitments outside of the company along with a high demand for a particular area of work, a decision was made to scale back the business to carpet & upholstery cleaning only, under a new name - GSA Services. Some may say a drawback, we say a decision to become perfectionist in one field!

2019 - Moved into a new office space at Southpoint in Crawley, West Sussex.

2023 - The publishing of our newly in-house developed website!

Continued growth with the small family dream team of Graham, Sultan, Jordan, and Acelya, although too young to work, provides excellent moral support!
